evident the internationalization on relationships that has taken place

involved persons from different countries, with implication of foreign
legislations, being necessary to have the knowledge and practice of
International Law to interpret the procedure and the case.

The complexity of these cases comes by the contest of diverse legislations and find out which is the law to be aplied, since the results can be totally contradictory if applied the laws of a country or of an other one. |
