The origin of the debts can be very diverse: Services, sale of products, leases, loans, etc.
Nowadays in Spain exists a judicial summary procedure, very rapidly, called "admonitory", in which if the debtor who has been notified personally, neither pays and nor opposes, directly is seizured his goods. If the debtor is a businessman and acquired the debit on his business it is to be applied the "Ley 3/2004", of December 29, which establishes measures of fight against the delinquency in the commercial operations, and concretely the creditor will have right to interests of delay, which is calculated by semesters and as example it has been 9,05 % for 2nd semester/2005 and 1st semester/2007. . |
