since birth -psychic handicapped persons- or for struck reason
-degenerative and chronic diseases, as Alzheimer- cannot manage them
selves, since his comprehension of the reality does not reach to the

or buying a property, etc. Neither they can decide for them selves with

goods.
They can neither grant any writing nor realize any act of contracting, as a sell or the acceptance of an inheritance, and for so inevitably it is to proceed with a demand of incapacitation at the Court . |
