Hereditary law |
The hereditary law regulates the order of patrimonial succession of the
deceassed persons.
If a testament has been granted, the person who dies will have designated - with the limitations that the law imposes, VG forced inheritors - of whom way has to distribute the goods. If someone dies without having done testament, the inheritance does not gets lost directly to the State, as in those cases will be the law who will determine who are the inheritors. And for so it becomes necessary to execute steps that are more costly and larger in time that if testament would be granted. We will advice you with the first steeps (granting a Will in Spain) and with the inheritance transmition -once the decease has come-, including Probate Registry, fiscal aplications, Land Register, even in the case in which there is not a Will granted. .
