The Trade law -in Spain Derecho mercantil- regulates the contracts and
obligations of the traders in the exercise of his profession. It it is refered
to every natural or juridical person -S.A. or S.L., Cooperatives,
etc- dedicated habitually to an activity with spirit of business or of
profit.
The acts of trade, apart from an special legislation, can be subject to special courts -Juzgados de Lo Mercantil-. A major diligence is supposed to the merchants -business persons-, and in consequence the period and the rights to claim are shorter that those that a normal person would enjoy, because of it, it is specially for any of them to have a direct line to be advised at all time. |
